Alumni Job Shadow Program

Dear Alpha Beta Brother,
My name is Geno Kurolapnik AB1829, I am the undergraduate Vice President of the Alpha Beta chapter of Theta Xi.
Thank you to the many Alumni who helped make Theta Xi a success. From your days at U of I to your help building Alpha Beta’s new $5 million chapter house, YOU have made THETA XI the best house on campus. Respect for fellow brothers and respect for our new home is what we have learned from you.
We undergraduates can further our success by seeking advice and guidance from our esteemed Alumni. In support of this, we are creating an Theta Xi Alumni Job Shadow Program. The program is a joint active-alumni effort that will allow undergraduate brothers to job shadow you for their prospective career.
The objective is to help undergraduates understand how the world, beyond U of I, actually works! So many Alumni have shared that their fraternity experience helped launch them in their successful lives and careers. As it was in your time, we want Theta Xi to serve as a driving force in molding successful men.
I am asking you to help a brother out… A single day explaining your experiences to a handful of brothers is all I ask. A very insignificant amount of time will make a tremendous difference.
If you’re interested, I would love to discuss the specifics with you personally. I have also set up a website on Linkedin to post undergraduate brother’s resumes and contact information. The site can be accessed here.
